WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR VENDORS & SPONSORS:

  • Physical Products, Merchandise, and Gifts donated for the Raffle
  • Gift Certificates for the Raffle
  • Monetary Donations for the Raffle (see Sponsorship Level below)
  • Vendor Spots. Please plan to bring your own table and set-up to display your products and services by 9am Saturday, July 15th. You must check in at the Park Store before setting up. 


SPONSORSHIP LEVELS:

We have five levels of Event Sponsorship. Our Gold, Silver, Platinum, and Platinum Plus packages include vendor space to set up, meal tickets, and advertisement on our website and social media. Donated items will also get the obvious shout-outs during the Raffle. If you are ready to jump in as a sponsor, you can donate HERE.

All sponsors are invited to attend and set up to display & sell your product.

All sponsors who donate $250 or more will be able to have the opportunity for their logo (or name) be placed on the back of the Event T-shirt.
